Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 30 days may be declined.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
